Hotel Service Function

1,   It can connect with music source, providing     background music.

2,         External and internal state will be displayed in the special-purpose phone to help operator to deal with voice procession.

3,         Earphone can be inserted into the special-purpose phone.

4,         One button keep, invert, watch, and transferring receive of special-purpose phone can enhance work efficiency of operator.

5,         Room numbers can be displayed on special-purpose phone if it vibrates back as No Answer Signal.

6,        Phone operation can be evenly distributed (Queue Function).

7,        Special software for phone expenses of hotel is provided.

8,         Automatic Economic Route Function enables the system to choose the most economic IP to dial up without changing dialing habit and provides services of phone fee calculation of normal distant calls and IP distant calls in order to make extra telephone fee incoming for the hotel.

9,         Anonymous calls of hotel can be automatically banned at midnight by setting conversation authority of extensions in a specific period to prevent from vicious conversation in guest rooms.

10,    Incoming calls and outgoing calls of external line, as well as internals, can be recorded for convenience of hotel telephone management.

11,    The system has 150 unique Wake-up services, which can be recorded in detail by computer.

12,    Message Light, automatically on/off or by man, are supported.

13,    Extension Grade Function: this function enables extensions of hotel not to disturb others at midnight (automatically in a specific period at night). If it is necessary for establishing conversation between extensions, it must be transferred by the reception desk.

14,    Main Call Move: staffs can use any extension of no external authority to call the telephone exchange to dial and to establish conversation.

15,    Room numbers can be opened or locked and phone expenses can be transferred to hotel management software.

16,    Voice mail is started in every room and does not influence incoming call number displaying on extension.

17,    Incoming call number displays on extension. (Exterior line is: FSK/DTMF double patterns)

18,      Redial Function: when it is busy for staff to dial external call or long distance, he/she can use “redial” button instead of redialing 10 digits. (Most domestic switching system doesn’t have this function.)
