Advanced official business function

1    Incoming internal and external call numbers display on the Extensions (Compatible with DTMF, FSK Pattern, numbers display on extension after transferring incoming internal and external calls).

2        Consisting of 50 pieces of dynamic consignation, the system can reserve 50 internal and external calls at the same time. Added up to the Speaker Function, flow office business function can be obtained and any direction’s information call within the company can be realized.

    For example, when the operator doesn’t know where the manager stands while he is needed on the external call, the operator can remain the call on any line from 0 to 49, and then broadcasts it through the intramural broadcasting system. Once the manager hears it, he can pick up the nearest extension and immediately establish conversations in the external line!

The Speaker can be divided into 8 groups in order to work within its relative regions.

3        The system has ten grades of on/off duty of external and internal calls, which enable it to set up conversation authority randomly. Specific calls of extension can be defined according to open call and lock call of all grades, avoiding the non-business call absolutely. (One specific number of the external call can be allowed or banned throughout management.)

   For example, several extensions of the reception desk can be set up to only allow several local calls for booking tickets, cell phones of relative department managers, several relative national and international phone numbers, and ban all other phone numbers.

4        The function of special 15 persons for mutual telephone meeting of internals and externals is placed inside and realize holding the meeting with several persons and over regions. The meeting, convening or retreating from at any time, can be applied through exterior line (local calls, distant calls, and cell phones), interior line and mutual telephones, and the number of interior and exterior lines can up to 15 persons. (It most suits the general headquarters to convene a meeting from offices and branch companies of different regions.)

5        The phone of manager’s secretary can ban all kinds of advertising calls and anonymous call. All calls for manager will automatically switch to secretary who selects and keeps them, and be decided whether to answer or not by manager.

6        Any extensions of the system have the telecom new functional operation, such as One Button Redial, Free Dial, Exterior move, Second Move, Hotline, Leased Line, Timing Clock, and etc.

  When the line is busy as dialing up external calls, the internal extension can be redialed by pressing button “#”. The manager’s extension can defined as Free Dial without dialing the number for external, and with pressing button “#” of the extension for internal.

7        Grades in on-duty and off-duty and on duty extension can be automatically switched rather than done by hand. Extension in off-duty will automatically block external call authority, and extension of Trk duty will automatically switched to the extension of the safe guard.

8        It has Accounts and Password Function of 5000 groups, expenses can be calculated to each person, and extension can self-lock in different grades. Every staff has one Account and Password for his extension, he can call any number allowed by his extension at any extension within the system and be recorded in his accounts, and prevent itself from free calling on its expense through illegal means.

9        Random number from 1 to 4 digits is flexibly arranged and extension’s number can be coexisted from 1 to 4 digits. As to extension in peculiar and in common use, its numbers can be distributed by one digit or 2, and coexist with extension of 4 digits in the same system.

10    Outside Maintenance Module is put inside and maintained through direct telephone net. If the customer is not familiar with separate function, he/she can ring telephone or cell phone of relative staff of my company. Once given relative authority, remote operation can be done as well as conversation continues at the same time.

11    The Open CTI Platform has non-Watch extension, and supports Calling Center. Relative DIMF but not bell is defined to be distributed by extension, mainly to supply more fast and accurate digital signal when answering or not all kinds of Voice Platform and Calling Center.

12    Group ring and Trk duty ring are supported.

13    One Button Receive, Appointed Receive and Move Lock within the group are supported.

14    One Button Redial (or # Button Redial) of all extensions is supported.

15    Extension Easy Dial and System Easy Dial can be set up.

16    Trk wait and Ext wait can be set up.
